I'm a yogi at heart, a proud aunt to my nephew Jax and many chosen niblings, and a passionate advocate for supporting parents through their most transformational journey.
As a birth doula, I guide expecting parents with compassionate, hands-on care through the physical and emotional changes of birth. I'm also certified in prenatal yoga and breathwork, bringing a mindful, body-centered approach to help mothers find connection with their baby through movement and breath.
How I Show Up
Before your birth day we'll build your space into something grounding and sacred together: favorite blankets, meaningful photos, affirmations, battery candles, essential oil diffusers. We'll romanticize the moment so you feel rooted in it, wherever it takes you.
In the room I help track contraction, coach your breath, adjust your position, and whisper" you're doing it" when you forget you can. I make sure your partner feels confident and your care team knows exactly what you want. I don't leave until you're held and settled.
You're someone who does everything with intention. You researched the best prenatal vitamins, you have opinions and questions about your birth space, and you know deep down that how you feel during this experience matters just as much as the outcome.
Maybe you want to understand every option before you decide. Maybe you trust your body completely and just need someone steady to lead the way. Maybe you just don't want to feel alone in that room.
